Why can't I log in with my Fanatec account details? 

The Fanatec Collection store is a dedicated website for official Fanatec merchandise. It is developed and operated by a Swedish company, Brandon AB on behalf of Fanatec and a registration needs to be made separate. You can use the same login credentials as you have on the main Fanatec website when you register your account here.

 

How do I place an order?

Once you have found an item you would like to buy, you simply insert the quantity and press the ”Add to cart” button. You can continue to shop for other products and add them to your basket by pressing the ”Add to cart” button.
You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the ”Shopping cart” icon in the top right corner. 
Once you’re done, press ”Shopping cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout”.
Enter your billing and shipping address and other data in the requested fields.
To finish and place your order press “Place order”.
Payment is done through a credit card, debit card or a Paypal account.
Once we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the tracking number.

 

Unsure which size to buy?

Our products are suitable for both men and women and all measurements in the shop are garment measurements. If you're in between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. Please use the size chart on the product page to help determine the size you need.

 

How much is the freight cost?

A freight cost is automatically added to your order based on the volume of the items ordered and the delivery location. The freight cost will be clearly shown in the checkout process, before you confirm your order.

 

How long does delivery take?

Brandon delivers worldwide from their warehouse in Sweden and orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days after placing the order. Delivery is made by UPS or Schenker to the nearest UPS pickup point based on the delivery address. A notification (SMS/e-mail) will be sent from UPS/Schenker when the package is ready to collect. Please note that the sender's name will be Brandon AB and not Fanatec. You need to collect your package within 10 business days. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to Brandons warehouse where your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. It is not possible to choose a pickup location.

Within EU: 2-4 days
Outside EU: 3-10 days

 

Can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped from the warehouse.

 

Do I have to pay customs charges?

Any orders delivered within the EU will include local VAT depending on the destination but are exempt from customs duties. However, if your order is being delivered outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs and duty fees once the shipment reaches the country of destination. You can get an estimation of the cost via "Estimated duty calculation" in the checkout step.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return any unused items within 28 days from receipt of delivery. You must return the product to us and you as the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs. For more information please visit Return & Claim Policy.

 

Order not collected in time

If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to Brandon warehouse where a refund of your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be given. As soon as the order has been received to Brandon warehouse, you will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
